Peace for Sudan fundraiser at SADACCA | Sheffield shows up for Sudan
On 14 February 2026, community members from across Sheffield came together at SADACCA in solidarity with people affected by the crisis in Sudan. Organised by local groups led by Peace for Sudan and supported by Sheffield for Sudan among others, this event combined performance, conversation and cultural exchange to raise essential funds and amplify unheard stories.
ASPIRE: Black Doctoral Pathways and Legacy | Closing Event & Book Launch 2026
On 9 February 2026, we joined the ASPIRE community for the programme’s closing celebration and book launch. The day marked the conclusion of a body of work focused on widening access to doctoral education and strengthening the conditions in which Black scholars can thrive, progress, and lead within academia.
